This is a verse of the scriptures which I vehemently believe that many of love to quote and claim as regards the plans of God for our life. It's undoubtedly the revelation of God's ultimate plans and programs for one's life. This is what God, according to him, has in his mind for you and I with regards to our future. That's really lovely to hear, at least having such a statement of hope coming from our creator.
